I was just THINKIN' #2 Dr. OZ says these are the very Best and very worst foods to eat.
I know, I know. Ho Hum!
This is more of a trivia thing than any earth-moving news flash, but it is interesting and I want to share it with you,
The BEST FOOD- According to the famous and very popular Dr.OZ, of TV fame, the absolutely best food for everyone to eat is BROCCOLI. According to the article, Broccoli had indoles.
Indoles are a class of plant based compound called phytonutrients. Eating Broccoli aids in cleansing the Liver, and is so low in fats and high in fiber that so we should all be eating more Broccoli.
The WORST FOOD- And, of course, the worst culprit in our diets that should be eliminated, totally, is; FRENCH FRIES. Their only redeeming value is that they taste SO GOOD!. But, we should stop eating these greasy, tasty fat generators immediately.
SO, Eat more Broccoli and less French fries and you are taking at least a small step towards improving your health.
